Demand for places at New Year's Eve is particularly high. So that we can offer all guests a lovely celebration, please understand that every New Year's Eve cancellation incurs a processing fee of € 100.00. A deposit for New Year's Eve bookings is due 6 months in advance; if a cancellation occurs, the cancellation conditions apply as usual up to 3 months before. The processing fee of € 100 is retained from the deposit and also applies before the cancellation deadline. Background: Unfortunately it happens repeatedly that places are reserved „in advance“ and cancelled later. We therefore want to be fair and transparent: every New Year's Eve cancellation involves a processing fee. This secures not only our planning but also the chance for other guests to get a place with us in time. Thank you for your understanding – and we look forward to celebrating the new year together with you!

Do you have a voucher from a voucher cooperation? Please note the following: Each voucher has its own voucher number. Please state it when you enquire about your desired travel period. As only a limited voucher quota is available, vouchers are only valid if they are referred to at the time of the enquiry. A reservation with a cooperation voucher is only valid if the voucher is presented at reception on the day of arrival. Rebooking is not possible for bookings with a cooperation voucher. If a booking with a cooperation voucher is cancelled, no cancellation costs are incurred. However, the voucher automatically loses its validity. Prize vouchers are not transferable.

In summer bicycles are available free of charge for young and old. In winter you can borrow sledges from the hotel free of charge.

Rauris is generally very easy to reach and the roads are cleared regularly in winter. Nevertheless, we recommend carrying snow chains as additional safety just in case. That way you are well prepared and can enjoy your journey in a relaxed way, no matter how wintry it gets.

Sometimes something gets left behind on holiday – don't worry if you forgot a personal item at our hotel when you left, we will gladly take care of it. Please contact us by phone or email and describe the missing item as precisely as possible. Once we have found it, we are happy to offer to send it to you by post. The shipping costs are borne by the guests, depending on size, weight and destination country of the shipment. We offer various payment options, such as bank transfer or credit card. Once the amount has been received or you have decided on a shipping option, we will send your lost item immediately to the desired address.
